Open a
backgroud of your choise resize to pixel size 410 x 440
to duplicate, close the original. Apply 20-20 mask . Merge
group.
Open
up a 500 x 550 blank canvas and flood fill white.
Past the mask background as a new layer.
Open
"MS_frame4"
resize to pixel size 249 x 385. Copy, past and add
a drop shadow.
Copy and
past 2 tubes into the frames.
Copy and
past the wordart.
Apply
your tubes and add a drop shadow.
Open
"ribbon2" resize to pixel size 545 x 95 pixel.
Copiate, incollate e ombreggiate
Sign,
save your tag and add your artist copyright.
