Delete
the top copyright layer.

450 x 450 copy and past into "Rectangle".

"hele_text_cinderella" copy and past above "Rectangle"
layer.
Select
with the magic wand "Rectangle2" and fill
with color #173b58.

"kcame_rs_ribbon" resize to pixel size 425
x 140copy and past below "Rectangle2". Add
a drop shadow.

"KathrynEstry_RetroSpringflower" resize to pixel
size 45 x 76 copy and paste as a new layer. Add a drop
shadow.

size 100 x 64 copy and past above "KathrynEstry_RetroSpringflower".
Add a drop shadow. Lower the opacity to about 90.
