*Scrap "Fun on the 4th" by Wild Dandelions you can download it here

*Template #84 by Rachel here

*WSL_Mask42 by Chelle here

*American Flag here

*Xero Tekstya

Open il template #84, shift+D to duplicate, close the original. Delete layers: "INFO", "BrushRight" e "BrushLeft"

Go to Image--> Canvas Size and set 600 x 550 pixel.

Open "WD_FOT4_pattern3" resize to pixel size 200 x 200 copy and past into "BlueSquareLeft"

Hue > 221

Saturation> 25

Lightness > 0

Past a tube into the frame and add a drop shadow.

Select with the magic wand "FrameLeft" and fill with color #7d8b95

Selections-> modify-> expand-> 1. Fill with color #606b73.

Duplicate layer. Xero > Tekstya as the example:

Lower the opacity about 40.

Open "WD_FOT4_pattern2" resize to pixel size 200 x 200. Copy and past into "BlueSquareRight".

Past a tube into the frames and add a drop shadow.

Select with the magic wand "FrameLeft" versate il colore #7d8b95

Selections-> modify-> expand-> 1. Fill with color #606b73.

Duplicate layer. Xero > Tekstya with the setting you use before. Lower the opacity about 40.

Select with the magic wand "GreyStrip" fill with color #be222a

Selections-> modify-> expand-> 1. Fill with color #94131a

Duplicate layer. Xero > Tekstya as the example:

Lower the opacity about 60.

Select with the magic wand "BlackRectangle" and past into "American Flag"

Select with the magic wand "WhiteFrame1" and fill with color #8a9daa

Selections-> modify-> expand-> 1. Fill with color #606b73

Duplicate layer. Xero > Tekstya with the setting you use before. Lower the opacity about 40

Open "WD_FOT4_balloon-blue" resize to pixel size 149 x 390. Select the ballon and colorize it with these settings:

Hue > 16

Saturation> -36

Lightness > -5

Open "WD_FOT4_balloon-red" resize to pixel size 140 x 364 pixel. Rotate it, copy and past below "WD_FOT4_balloon-blue"

Duplicate layer and flip horizontal.

Select the ballons, duplicate layer Xero > Tekstya with the setting you use before. Lower the opacity about 40. Add a drop shadow.

Apply your tube and add a drop shadow.

Select with the magic wand "DreamingBlack" fill with color #2e347a

Select "OfYouBlue" fill with color #c8141e

Open "WD_FOT4_Solid3" shift+D to duplicate, close the original.Resize to pixel size 600 x 600 apply WSL_Mask42. Copy and past the mask layer below "BlackRectangle". Lower the opacity about 50.

Hue > 10

Saturation> -25

Lightness > -5

Sign, save your tag and add your artist copyright.
