Template #22 shift+D to duplicate, close the original.
Delete
the top copyright layer
Go to Image
> Canvas Size and set pixel 550 x 550.
Select
with the magic "Slats 1" layer and fill with

Selections->
modify-> expand-> 2. Fill with white color.

Copy
and past a tube.
Lower

Make
the same for all the frames.

with the mgic wand "Circle Frame" fill with color

Selections->
modify-> expand-> 2. Fill with white color.
Duplicate
layer Penta.com > Color dot with the setting you use
before.
Lower
the opacity about 50.
Open
"Missy_elias_Fan3" resize to pixel size 158
x 153, copy and paste below "Circle Frame"
Select
"Blurred Bkgrnd" colorize with these settings:
Hue
> 241
Saturation
> 39
Lightness
> 60
Lower
the opacity about 80.
Apply
the wordart (I used color #754054) and your tube. Add
a drop shadow.
Sign,
save your tag and add your artist copyright.
