Materials
*Tube of your choice. I used a tube of ©Elias Chatzoudis you can purchase a license at MyPSPTubes
*Template #69 by Rachel HERE
*Missy Wordart template #16 (on the right > "Wordart Templates 1-25") HERE
*Hele_ Stars (supplied)
*WSL_Mask42 by Chelle (supplied)
*Gradient bhw-bomb (supplied)
*Penta.com: Color dot
Supplies HERE
Open Template #69 shift+D to duplicate, close the original. Resize it to pixel size 500 x 392.

Delete layers: INFO, HCTG e GreyStrip

Go to Image > Canvas Size and set pixel 500 x 550.

Select with the magic wand "BlackAndWhiteStars" and fill with color #701871

Select with the magic wand "BlackShapeRight" and fill with Gradient bhw-bomb.
Adjust > blur > gaussian blur > radius 50
Select with the magic wand "BlackShapeLeft" versate il Gradient bhw-bomb.
Adjust > blur > gaussian blur > radius 50
Select with the magic wand "PinkShape" versate il Gradient bhw-bomb.
Image > Flip
Adjust > blur > gaussian blur > radius 50

Copy and past your tube into the frames.
Change layer properties to Soft Light

Duplicate the images layers.
Apply penta.com > Color dot with these settings:

Lower the opacity about 50.

Open a new canvas > 500 x 500 pixel, fill with Gradient bhw-bomb

Image >Free Rotate:

Now you have it:

Adjust > blur > gaussian blur > radius 50

Apply WSL_Mask42 by Chelle.
Merge layers. Copy and past below "PinkShape".
Lower the opacity about 75.

Open "Hele_ Stars" copy and past above the mask layer. Duplicate layer : penta.com > Color dot with the settings you use before. Lower the opacity about 40. Merge layers and add a drop shadow.

Appy your tube and add a drop shadow.

Open "Missy Wordart template #16" resize to pixel size 440 x 188
( "wordart template" #db5a80)

Duplicate "wordart template" layer, apply penta.com > Color dot with these settings:

Lower the opacity about 50

Sign, save your tag and add your artist copyright.
