Open
"sb_pmt_twinkle twinkle_pp7" resize to pixel size
650 x 400 shift+D to duplicate, close the original. Apply
WSL_Mask44. Merge group.
Open up
a 650 x 500 blank canvas and flood fill white. Past the
mask background as a new layer. Lower
the opacity about 80.
Open
"sb_pmt_twinkle twinkle_frame2" copy and past
as a new layer.
Open
"sb_pmt_twinkle twinkle_pp11" resize to pixel
size 400 x 400. Copy and past below "sb_pmt_twinkle
twinkle_frame2"
Merge
layers :
"sb_pmt_twinkle twinkle_frame2" and"sb_pmt_twinkle
twinkle_pp11".Add a drop shadow.
Open
"sb_pmt_twinkle twinkle_bow1"resize to pixel
size 87 x 60.Copy, past and add a drop shadow.
Open
"sb_pmt_twinkle twinkle_hanging star" resize
to pixel size 42 x 97. Copy and past below "sb_pmt_twinkle
twinkle_bow1". Add a drop shadow.
Open"sb_pmt_twinkle
twinkle_star button_1" resize to pixel size
30 x 30.Copy, past and add a drop shadow. Lower
the opacity about 80.
Open
"sb_pmt_twinkle twinkle__word art1"resize
to pixel size 515 x 169. Copy and past as a new
layer.
Apply
your tubes and add a drop shadow.
Open
"ribbon2" resize to pixel size 545 x 95 pixel.
Copiate, incollate e ombreggiate
Sign,
save your tag and add your artist copyright.
