Open
il template #119, Shift+D to duplicate, close the
original. Resize template to pixel size 530 x 296.
Go
to Image > Canvas Size and set pixel 650 x 550.
Delete
layers:
watermark and wordart
Select
"rectangle" layer and fill with color #315984.
Deselect.
Duplicate
layer 2 times and rename them as "rectangle1",
"rectangle2" and "rectangle3"
("rectangle3"
must be the lower, "rectangle2" will must be in
the mittle and "rectangle1"must be the upper)
.
Layer
> "rectangle3" layer, don't select the rectangle,
Toadies > What are you? as the example:

Select
with the magic wand the corners and delete them:

Duplicate
layer. Xero > Tekstya
as the example:

Select
"Rectangle1" Xero >Tekstya as the example:
Lower the opacity about 70.

"film strip", fill with color #1c1f2c
Selections->
modify-> expand-> 1. Fill with color #13151e. Add
a drop shadow.
Open "hele_star_paper"
copy and past into the frames.
Copy
and past also 3 tubes.
Open "Hele_PTBS_Wordart"
copiate e incollate.
Apply
your tubes and add a drop shadow..
Sign,
save your tag and add your artist copyright.
