H_Frame, Shift+D to duplicate, close the original.
Duplicate
the layer "Frame" Penta.com > Color dot
as the example:
Lower
the opacity about 40.
Open "hele_pattern"
copy and past it into the "backgroud" layer
Copy and
past 3 tubes into the 3 frames
Merge
layer and add a drop shadow.
Apply
your tubes and add a drop shadow.
Open
missy_wordart_template5,resize to pixel size 320 x 143.
The
colors for the wordart are: #42648d e #9e1b34
Open a new
a blank canvas 450 x 450 pixel and fill with color #9e1b34
aaèpply the mask> Vix_Mask236. Copy and past the
mask layer below H_Frame. Duplicate layer.
