Selections->
modify-> expand-> 1. Fill with color #101010
Duplicate
"middle circle" layer.
Select
with the magic wand "middle circle" layer

Selections->
modify-> expand-> 1. Fill with color #101010
Open

to pixel size 400 x 400 copy and past into "middle
circle copy"
Open

Selections->
modify-> expand-> 1. Fill with color #101010
Open

size 110 x 123. Copy, past and add a drop shadow.
Apply
your tube and add a drop shadow.
