*Template #41 by Missy you can download it here

Open template #41 shift+D to duplicate, close the original.
Delete the top copyright layer and layers: wordart and rectangle

Open "Welcome Spring_Paper 29" resize 400 x 400 pixel copy and past into "scalloped rectangle" add a drop shadow.
Selections-> modify-> expand-> 1. Fill with color #999795. Add a drop shadow.
Open "Welcome Spring_Paper 26" resize 400 x 400 pixel copy and past into "rectangle 2 "
Selections-> modify-> expand-> 1. Fill with color #999795. Add a drop shadow.

Merge Layers "scalloped rectangle" and "rectangle. Add a drop shadow.

Open "Welcome Spring_Paper 27" resize 400 x 400 pixel copy and past into "thin rectangle".
Selections-> modify-> expand-> 1. Fill with color #999795. Add a drop shadow.

Open "Welcome Spring_Paper 28" resize 400 x 400 pixel copy and past into "frame background 1" and "frame background 2".

Select with the magic wand"frame1"
Selections-> modify-> expand-> 1. Fill with color #999795. Add a drop shadow.
Select with the magic wand magica "frame2"
Selections-> modify-> expand-> 1. Fill with color #999795. Add a drop shadow.

Past 2 tubes into"frame background 1" and "frame background 2".Add a drop shadow.

Open "Welcom Spring_frogmushroom1" cut the butterfly, resize it 41 x 43 pixel and past in a new layer as my example:

Past the butterfly in a new layer an flip horizontal:

Open "Welcome Spring_Bead string 3" resize 400 x 35 pixel, and past as my example:

Past in the middle of the frames upon "thin rectangle", "Welcome Spring_Flower" resize 41 x 45 pixel.

Open "Welcome Spring_Bead string 3" delete the grass, butterfly and the mushroom. Resize the frog 93 x 140 pixel.Copy and paste as new layer and add a drop shadow.

Open "Welcome Spring_Flower Pot 1" and resize 130 x 171 pixel. Copy and paste as new layer and add a drop shadow.

Open "Welcome Spring_Safty Pin 4" resize it copy and past as a new layer "Welcome Spring_Button 1", "Welcome Spring_Button 3"and "Welcome Spring_Button 4" as a part of "Welcome Spring_Safty Pin 4"

Open "Welcome Spring_Bow 7" resize 60 x 58 pixel. Copy and paste as new layer and add a drop shadow.

Open "Welcome Spring_wordart1" delete "welcome" resize 400 x 97 pixel Copy and paste as new layer and add a drop shadow.

Sign, save your tag and add your artist copyright.
